corporate training divisions. Guest lecturers present cases and
facilitate discussion of issues currently facing managers of
educational management organizations and corporate training
divisions. Case studies of high-performing corporate
universities, corporate training divisions and educational
service corporations are included.

This course examines leadership and management practices unique
to managing educational institutions. Topics include supervisory
techniques; teacher and staff evaluation; as well as the
educational leader's role in providing for a positive
teaching/learning environment, ensuring efficient and effective
use of physical facilities, and seeing that student support
services meet student needs.
*Those who have been admitted to the School must
inform the center director of their intent to pursue the
certificate and are eligible to receive a graduate certificate
in educational management upon:
